When it comes to hair growth, some people have it easier than others. Different factors come into play such as
-What your hair routine looks like
-Products you're using
-Styles you're wearing
as well as other deciding factors.
One of my biggest pieces of advice is to make a hair routine and stick to it! (I will talk about this in a later post). When it comes to hair growth and health consistency is key to getting the results that you want.
For my hair growth needs I personally love using my Bare Your Hair Peppermint Oil. It is filled with great all natural ingredients and essential oils geared towards hair growth. I apply it to my scalp morning and night and do a good scalp massage for a minimum of 30 minutes. By being consistent and having a routine I am/was able to grow my hair to waist length.
Keep in mind that there are many different essential oils that promote hair growth like Lavender and Rosemary.
