Wanted to answer a question that I get asked a lot. Why is my hair falling out? What happened to you? What did you do? Here are Top 5 Reasons why your hair may be thinning and falling out. 1.I know we love braids, weaves and pony tails however, they strain our hair follicles and put stress on our hair. Especially if it is an continuous hair style- your hair needs a break from tight styles! 2. Kids, family, work, friends, school- the list can go on and on. I am a witness that the mores stress you have the faster your hair is going to fall out. It took my hair less than 6 months to fall completely out! Eliminate what you can- I know easier said than do- but you will find a way-when you realize your body is reacting to your lifestyle. 3. Hair loss common in women-is a visible sign that you have a low immune system. Make sure you do your research and talk to your doctor about this diagnosis. 4. Diets and crash diets- will make your hair fall out fast as well- and enhance your thinning spots. Basically- you are taking out the bad thing but you are not replacing them with the nutrients your body needs. 5. Birth control/Childbirth and medicine- all of these cause thinning of the hair and potential hair loss. Post partum shedding of the hair is real. Hope this helps guys!
