I wanted to quickly share with you some tips on reaching your healthy hair length goals.
KEYS TO GROWING YOUR HAIR:
Scalp Massages- Scalp massages are KEY when you are trying to grow your hair. Massaging your scalp increases the blood flow allowing your hair to grow. When I do my scalp massages I love using my Bare Your Hair Peppermint Oil. The peppermint is great for stimulating hair growth, making your scalp massages more intense and effective. When doing your scalp massages with oil, make sure that your oil is warm so that it is absorbing into your scalp.
Properly Moisturizing Your Hair- Properly moisturizing your hair is another key to great hair growth. When your hair is not properly moisturized, you are more prone to dryness, which in return causes breakage. When your hair is constantly breaking off, its never growing, and you are causing more damage than anything. I almost always will use my Bare Your Hair Buttercream, Aloe Vera Juice and Bare Your Hair Peppermint Oil. The combination of these products keeps my hair moisturized all week long, which is key when growing your hair.
Deep Conditioning- This goes hand in hand with properly moisturizing your hair. Deep conditioning will ensure that your hair is moisturized from the inside out, and it also has lots of long term benefits.
Patience- This is the number one key, when growing your hair out. Focus on taking care of your hair and nourishing it rather than length, When you spend time focusing on your hair NOT growing it holds you back from taking proper steps to help it grow.
